It's all pretty simple mechanics and if you get the technique right you don't need to be a super strong guy to be able to throw the ball half field, all you have to do is build up momentum and sling the ball over your shoulder like a trebuchet or JAI ALAI throw! Remember to look over all the tips and memorize them then take this training session out to the field with a buddy to practice!
